How to Release Negative Emotions

Have you ever felt anxious or anxious but don’t know the cause? If you have ever felt it, maybe you feel the same way.

There are many things that I’ve tried to release emotions by using several methods, one of which we will discuss below about The Sedona Method.

Before discussing how we can release the shackles of the mind and emotions, it is better we discuss a little about The Sedona Method.

Sedona Method is one way to release negative emotions that arise. This method was written in a book called “The Sedona Method” written by Hale Downson.

Have you opened yourself to be truly happy? Do you want to accomplish everything you want in your life? Are you ready to find something in your heart that you’ve always been looking for?

If the answer is “yes” the Sedona Method will show you a practical way to open up your sources of happiness indefinitely.

What I wrote above is a small part of the Sedona method, we will discuss in more detail just how to release emotions and shackles of the mind that usually stop by and stop inside us.

Yes it is strange, but in reality, almost all, even all people often experience things like this.

Simple discussion about the application of Sedona method in my life like this, it would be nice if anxious anxiety arises when the wrong time for example we are cool to gather with family, relax with friends. But suddenly, something makes us feel uncomfortable. Of course this is very disturbing.

Try to be quiet for a moment, adjust your breath and observe each breath you breath. Indeed it is like hypnosis, but from several studies explained that the way we regulate the breath can make us a little calmer and relaxed than before.

After you can relax and feel comfortable, try asking a few questions below yourself.

Broadly speaking there are some questions in Sedona of this method,

1. How do you feel now? (ask yourself about the emotions you felt at that time) A real example I have felt about negative emotions that arise and I acknowledge the emotions I feel, not even avoiding those emotions. My feelings are really anxious and restless, that’s what I feel.

2. Do you really feel anxious? (Suppose you feel anxiety and anxiety) Yes I really feel anxious anxiety and this is very disturbing.

3. Why do you get nervous? (explain to yourself why you can feel anxiety and anxiety) I don’t know why being anxious and anxious there might be some things that bother your mind but I don’t know the details.

4. When are you willing to release the emotions you feel now? (this is called Emotion Release, how do we release the emotions we feel). I want to release this anxious and restless emotion now and now. Remember this answer must be certain, not by answering “sometime or next time”. If you answer inconsistently, it will be difficult for you to release those emotions.

Now I wrote above one practical way how we release the emotional shackles that usually appear suddenly.

Hopefully it can help and ease the burden you feel. Next time I will write about Sedona again. May be useful.
